Start here to see what I’ve written about the work I do.

Start here to see what I’ve written about running.

I used to write about user-centred design on the web but over time that has expanded to include just about anything with a customer-service and behavioural theory edge. I also curate the simple Tumblr blog This Is IA

I’m a runner, like so many people these days, with some marathons and ultras chalked-up, I’m a devotee of the minimalist or capsule wardrobe approach and, most importantly, an utterly obsessed father to our son.

For the desperate, there are archives of the stuff I used to write

You will find that I am scattered around the usual social networking sites including the running ones. I’m resolutely not on TikTok nor Snapchat.
